While building AI applications, I repeatedly encountered the same pattern. The first prototype came together quickly. Turning it into a production system meant months spent building infrastructure instead of product: routing, reliability, governance, observability, memory, and tool orchestration.

The more I spoke with founders and engineering leaders, the clearer it became: every team was rebuilding the same foundation.

That's why I started Axion.
